He translates complex marketing requirements into concise technical specifications, and manages the process from system architecture and engineering to testing and deployment. David speaks AJAX, Drupal, Flex, Javascript, PHP, Ruby on Rails, SQL, Visual-C, WordPress, and Yiddish.

David holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Administration. He also performs jazz standards and ballads under the stage name BoldDiva.Com (an anagram of David C. Bloom). He breeds chile peppers at his spread in rural Chelsea, Michigan.

A dual entrepreneur, Jenn runs a successful PR consultancy, as well as being co-owner of Joust, a kettlebell and CrossFit weightlifting gym. Her PR practice helps clients develop PR strategy and tactics to reach key audiences. Jenn has worked with clients from large publicly traded companies to start-ups.

Outside of her PR life, Jenn is one of 2 women kettlebell instructors in Michigan and is a certified Olympic weightlifting coach. She holds a BA in Communications from Alma College.

While he’s a man of many talents, his real love is helping organizations define themselves, focus their offering and position, and communicate powerfully through strategic brand naming and identity design. His processes integrate research and other key inputs into powerful names and brands.

Jeff has more than 25 years of marketing, advertising and research experience. He has worked with advertising agencies and marketing research firms throughout the Midwest. Jeff helps us gain insight and understanding of the customer experience and surrounding culture through both quantitative and qualitative research. We value his ability to ensure research is effective, relevant, and actionable.

Gartner has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Todd is an expert in dealing with people, process, and technology issues that surround lead and opportunity management. His perspective on strategy, process analysis and maximization, as well as tactical implementation, help to ensure the leads you generate are nurtured into sales effectively. Todd is a certified Salesforce.com administrator and has been doing implementations since 2003. In addition, he has extensive experience with outsourced and in-house call centers.

Todd holds a BA from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. When he’s not optimizing demand generation programs, Todd is an avid outdoorsman.
